Pro tip: add tips to your game

Hey there! I've been tinkering with the UI to improve the placement of GUI elements, and I've also added a tips screen!. Since I'm working on a special kind of power-ups that temporarily boost the effects of normal power-ups, the tips screen will be useful to understand the functionality of each one. For the moment though, it will display some very basic information about the game.
